Short, honest, readable.
Autocomplete works fully anonymously. Nothing here requires an account, and nothing is collected without being listed on this page.
What we collect
- Lesson progress on your device. Completions are saved in your browser's local storage so the course remembers where you are. This never leaves your device unless you sign in. Strictly necessary — no consent banner needed for it.
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you allow it on the consent bar, we use Google Analytics 4 to learn which lessons get started, finished, and continued — that's how we decide what to build next. IP addresses are anonymised. If you decline, the analytics script never loads.
- Account details, only if you sign up. Sign-in is optional and handled by Clerk. If you create an account we store your account id, your email address, and which modules you've completed, in our database (hosted by Neon), so your progress follows you across devices.
- Your email, only if you ask to be notified. When you finish the course you can leave your email to hear when a new module ships. It's delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms and used only to send those update notes — never for anything else. Ask us to remove it any time and we will.
Your analytics choice
Your answer to the consent bar is stored on this device, so it's per-browser. Change it whenever you like — withdrawing takes effect immediately and clears the analytics cookies already set.
What we don't do
- No advertising, ad tracking, or audience building.
- No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties.
- No analytics cookies before you say yes.
Retention & deletion
Progress rows and account emails are kept while your account exists. To delete your data, delete your account from the account menu and email us — we'll remove the associated database rows promptly. Local-storage progress can be cleared any time from your browser settings.
Feedback
When you send feedback through the in-app form, your message — and the email address you optionally include — is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, which acts only as the delivery service. We use what you send solely to read and act on your feedback. You can always email us directly instead.
